1. How much does it cost?
CogniConference™ is convenient and affordable. The total cost of
a conference call is 9.9 cents/min per leg. EX: 8 people talking
for 30 minutes would cost just $23.76. There are no monthly or per-call
surcharges. You pay only for what you use!

2. What payment plans are available?
We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard and American Express only.

3. How long does it take to set up an account?
We usually set up new accounts within 1 business day. As soon as
we approve your credit card, we will send you an email notification
with instructions on how to schedule and participate in conference
calls using CogniConference™.
4. If I need help, can I talk to a live person?
Yes. If you need assistance, you can reach a CST operator at 877-608-3769.

5. How many people may participate on one call?
You can have up to 16 people at a time on CogniConference™.
6. How will I be billed?
The total amount for each call will be billed to your credit card
immediately following each call. Via our online
customer support management system, you will be able
to view a raw call detail report as well as a comprehensive payment
history for you to print out for your records.
7. How do non-U.S. residents join the call?
CogniConference™ now allows residents of the continental U.S., Alaska,
Canada, Hawaii, and over 50 other countries to participate in conference
calling! Simply dial the international access number in the particular
country (actual international access numbers will be provided in
your customized account
administration web site) and enter your 9 digit conference
meeting ID followed by the # key when prompted for the access code.
Some countries have more than one access number because CST has
more than one access provider.
8. Can a conference be taped and put on audio cassette?
CogniConference™ doesn't have a conference recording feature. There
are, however, some adapters, easy to attach, which can be used for
this purpose. When recording phone conversations, please be aware
that you are obligated to comply with all laws and regulations that
